We are a separate division of NCAJ dedicated to bringing awareness of corruption and advocacy to those whom are the victim(s) of corruption. Our Division is being developed step by step over time and will be known as Project Themis. We are specifically funded by our Executive Director Christopher Armeli and his investors.
We do NOT take donations or ask for donations for our program, this program operates via independent funding sources and is simply sponsored by NCAJ for the purposes of web presence, data storage, and collection. Being the developing Hub for Advocacy and Justice that they are, we are a perfect partner to provide NCAJ with global statistical info and data pertinent to NCAJ goals when our paths occasionally cross.
Currently this program operates only in Colorado, New York State, and Nevada. But we do gather and collect information nationally. We are a subsect and do not consider our activities to be considered tax deductible or 501c3 applicable.
Our project is discoverable here. You can find this page directly via 1MillionforErieCounty.org, or at ProtectAllRights.org and follow the navigation prompts. NCAJ hosts us, but is partnered to also provide their Naughty/Nice list rating Police Departments on a statewide basis. They also partner to dispense ALL Public Records gathered by public or via legal process. View the navigation to find each individually. You can also view your state and their respective pages via clicking on your State in the navigation and then clicking on where you want to go or what content you want to see.
Currently the "Million Dollar Reward" is only for NYS information as described below. By Fall of 2024 we plan to be operational to provide such reward(s). More details will be here as clarification comes on those developments! You can also view your state operations in conjunction with NCAJ's at your respective states page via navigation.
Project Themis is offering up to 1 million dollars for information and evidence that leads to the prosecution and conviction (Criminally and/or Civilly) of corrupt officers of the Erie County, New York State, and local governments in Erie County, New York. Just like Crime Stoppers we gather information used for the investigation and prosecution of criminals, except we are focusing on those crimes committed against the citizens and under advantaged persons of our community and those surrounding us!
You will not automatically get 1 million dollars. The rewards are contingent upon outcome of cases developed. They also depend on type of information offered. See disclaimers for details. But know, that we are not in the business of pretending to offer rewards that never are seen.
Your information will also be entered in a proprietary database secured by our systems. That information will become a resource for National Centers for Advocacy & Justice (NCAJ). They plan to use it as a resource to develop relationships with Local, State, County, and Federal agencies that will become a National Database of complaints, crimes, and injustices from the community as a whole. We do not share personal information to these agencies, but some identifying features my be necessity, given the complaints are specific to individuals, etc.. We can not guarantee that your name or case numbers will not be known. But we do offer you the ability to supply information without giving your contact information.
Since NCAJ will also be considered a Media Outlet, protected by source confidentiality, you can rest easy knowing that your information will NOT be made public with out consent or court order.
See below how to send us this information and help us END corruption across Erie County and this State. Also, see below as to our disclaimers of the "Million Dollar Reward".
